About this policy
This policy describes the SIS & SIS website, its assistant, and the studio’s related enquiry and client information practices. SIS & SIS is operated by SIS & SIS LLC. Contact the studio with questions about your information.
Website enquiries
If you choose to request a reply through this website, we save your name, phone number, reviewed enquiry, service context, and consent to contact you in a private Wix Forms submission. Authorized studio staff check these enquiries in Wix and may reply by text or call about your request. This does not book an appointment or enroll you in marketing.
Your full chat history is not attached. Do not include medical information, payment details, or photographs. Direct texting instead sends your message through your own Messages app to the studio. Security verification may be required before saving a website enquiry.
AI assistant
The assistant uses OpenAI to select approved business information and booking or contact guidance. Your message and recent chat context are sent to OpenAI. Please leave out private medical information. The assistant cannot assess symptoms, determine your treatment suitability, verify a payment, or confirm an appointment.
This website does not save full chat transcripts. Recent messages are held in the current browser session to support follow-up questions; starting over or refreshing clears that chat context. Requests to OpenAI have response storage disabled. This does not mean zero provider retention: OpenAI may retain abuse-monitoring logs under its own policies. See OpenAI’s API data controls.
Appointments, payments, and direct contact
Scheduling and payment are handled in an embedded Schedulista calendar or on Schedulista’s separate scheduling page. Card details entered there are not sent to the assistant. Schedulista and its payment providers have their own information practices.
Phone, text, email, and Instagram links open the relevant service or application. Information you send through those channels is handled by those services and the studio. The website has no photo-upload form. Contact the studio for its approved method of sending photographs or service-related information.
Security cookies and bot verification
The assistant sets a signed, HTTP-only security cookie for up to seven days to apply request and spending limits across visits. Wix stores private pseudonymous reservation records containing identifiers, time windows, and reserved units, not message text or raw IP addresses. Expired records become eligible for operator cleanup after an additional day; deletion is not automatic.
Cloudflare Turnstile may verify a visitor after the initial three chat messages, when submitting an enquiry, or when another security check is needed. A successful check establishes a security window of up to 20 minutes; expiry or rapid requests can require another check. It does not remove request or spending limits. The application does not send your chat message to Cloudflare for this check. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Website activity and diagnostic records
A private activity log records the time, page path, entry point, and action when you open the assistant, request a reply, or select text, call, or booking links. It uses a daily pseudonymous visitor identifier derived on the server from the security cookie. It does not include chat messages, contact details, SMS contents, full URLs, query strings, raw IP addresses, or browsing history from other sites. Enquiry saves are recorded only after Wix confirms them; opening Messages does not confirm that a text was sent.
Private assistant diagnostics store a random request reference, processing times, approved routing choices, and fixed failure categories. They do not store your chat messages, medical disclosures, contact details, or raw provider responses. Diagnostic records become eligible for operator deletion after seven days; deletion is not automatic. There is no automatic deletion schedule for the activity log or saved enquiries. Contact the studio about retention or deletion requests.
Hosting and external resources
This website is hosted by Wix. It requests fonts from Google Fonts and portfolio images from Wix-hosted image URLs. Loading these resources sends ordinary web requests to those providers, including network and browser information associated with the request. Embedded scheduling and bot-verification services can also receive network and browser information.
No advertising pixel or marketing subscription is implemented by this website. This does not describe all collection by hosting infrastructure or the external services you choose to visit. See Wix’s privacy policy and Google Fonts privacy information.
Studio client and training records
The studio requests information in connection with enquiries, appointments, enrollment, consent, and suitability screening. These records are separate from the assistant. The studio reports that photographs it takes of clients have no scheduled deletion date. Contact the studio about the handling or deletion of a photograph, or questions about other client and training records.
The studio reports that it does not sell customer information to other companies. Contact the studio with questions about a particular service provider, disclosure, or use of your information.
Questions and privacy requests
Contact sisnsismanagement@gmail.com about access, correction, deletion, or other questions about information held by the studio. Describe your request without sending unnecessary sensitive information. The studio may need to verify your identity before responding.
Service age restrictions
PMU and laser tattoo-removal services are restricted to clients age 18 or older. Contact the studio separately about training eligibility.
